It was because of this degree of eternal love that I decided to dress for her.
This will be brilliant.
In my opinion, Katie Perry\'s cupcake tower gown is one of her coolest outfits. So. . .
I am trying to copy it for a 4 year old.
Cupcakes, or the fake cups I call them, may be the most interesting part of the project.
Before starting, lay the padding on the ring to test the spacing and see how many pads are needed for each size.
Divide the numbers into two halves, which is how much table tennis or decorations you need to cut.
First of all, go out with your cutting tool and your decorative box and table tennis because it will be messy and it will most likely smell very bad.
Use the cutting wheel attachment on Dremel (if using)
Cut off the plastic top of the ornament, then cut the entire ornament in half to form two hemisphere.
Then continue to cut the table tennis in half. (
Please note: dust and other debris are flying in the air.
Please take care to protect your eyes and nose. )
When it\'s done, take them in and give them a good paint job.
I made 1/3 Brown (chocolate), 1/3 pink (strawberry)
And 1/3 white (vanilla).
Once dry, stick them on the cupcake pad.
Your next step is to mix \"frost\" and pipe it to the top of the Cup.

I chose to make a normal, no color batch and paint it after it hardened.
If you top a cup with anything (
Gems, berries, etc)
Before it\'s completely hardened, it\'s a good time to add these.
The cupfakes will be month-
Treat them for 24 hours, so once they get hard it\'s time to color themrific.
Select the color you plan to use.
You can use any bright, lively, happy color you want.
Now is a good time for you and bad yourself to be crazy.
Continue to paint \"frost\" with any color you want \". Go wild.
You can also go back and add glitter to the icing if you want.
I chose to draw another layer on it and before it dries, shake the flash frantically on top of the wet paint (
Note to match the flash color with the paint color as much as possible. )

The wire shaft of the tulle is much more bandwidth than the wire, so in order to get the wire shaft of the same size, fold it in half, look at the length, and then start sewing.
Once the ribbon is in place, you can sew the white fabric in place.
Stretch it on the ring, then simply sew the seam along the inside with a whip.
No matter what it looks like, no one will see it.
Take the smaller ring, stretch the fabric to a pair and mark it along the edge of the inner ring.
This is for the belt.
Continue to sew pink ribbons along the waist to create a pink belt.
I added in and sewn two extra fabric tails tied to the bow at the back, but this is not necessary.
The fabric is then stitched in place with a whip to make a sealed finished product.
To connect the two rings together, simply take another shot along the inner circle of the larger pair and attach it to the outer circle of the smaller pair.
You should be like this in the end.
The method 2 of the skirt base is different from Method 1 and may be more suitable for manual sewing.
Remember, though, sewing this by hand. as I did)
It takes quite a while, so don\'t get frustrated if you feel slow.

To offset this, you can sew two elastic straps on the skirt as a sling and lift the skirt up without causing unnecessary frustration to the wearer.
The sling is made under the top and cannot be seen by the naked eye.
To do this, just cut off the elastic band and sew one end of each elastic band along the top to the inside of the skirt.
Install it on the wearer to test the elasticity, see how much stretch is generated when worn, mark the position of the sewing, and then stitch the other end in place.
After completion, the rest is to remove the ribbon and glue the cupcake in place with E6000 (or similar)
Wait until it dries.

Sew on the folds and attach sparkling parts.
Similarly, sewing machines may be best suited for this situation, but manual sewing is also feasible if time consuming.
