Police are looking for a man who was captured in a surveillance video leaving the store, hoping to get information he might see.

He is wearing black shorts and a white T-shirt.

The man who rushed to Smith in the surveillance video was wearing similar gym clothes for women.
Smith\'s father, Greg, told Fox News on Tuesday that \"the biggest information we have has caused us to be most excited about this person of interest . \".
\"Someone outside knows this person or sees this person, all they have to do is call the police and tell them who he is.
\"The police are trying to determine whether the person who rushed to Smith in the car was the one captured earlier in a video from the store.
\"I can\'t say for sure that we\'re looking for the same person,\" Douglas said . \" But he added that the man who rushed to Smith in the car was wearing a white shirt with shorts.
He said that after the video stills were released on Monday night, the phone flocked and it was possible to know who the person might be.
\"I can\'t say we \'ve solved any of the issues, but it\'s pretty good --
\"We got a lot of clues from this,\" Douglas said . \".
On Tuesday, searchers focused on the apartment building around the target.
Police believe that since the man in the surveillance video appears to be in his 20 s, he may not have lived at home with his parents or rented a nearby apartment.
All volunteer groups are made up of one woman and two men because the police are concerned about the safety of the women themselves going out.
Smith, who graduated from high school less than two weeks ago, is expected to return home by 7: 30. m. Saturday.
She spoke to her mother at 6: 57 from within the target. m.
She and her boyfriend were waiting for her at her house when she didn\'t show up, and she planned to attend a pool party and then go to dinner to celebrate their sixth birthday --

About two hours after Smith\'s disappearance, her grandparents found her gray 1987 Buick in the parking lot of the nearby mall, with her wallet and package still inside.
The ATM card and mobile phone in her wallet were gone, but they have not been used since Saturday.
Smith\'s parents say that whenever they come home later than expected, or if they change their plans, their children always call them.
Since they had never received a call from Kelsey, they believed someone had kidnapped her.
