An Ottawa woman said she felt \"degraded\" and she was filing a human rights complaint against a local health club that allegedly asked her not to wear a vest because of her large breasts.
But on Friday, the club, Movati Athletic, was fighting back at Jenna Vecchio, saying that while it had no intention of embarrassing her, it was her and her husband who chose to open the dispute.
Vecchio said she had contacted a rights attorney and was considering her options after a female staff member told her about her black identity
Other gym members are not feeling well.
The incident happened last Saturday when Vivio and her husband were working out, shaking the woman.
