How to Choose Men's Gym Shorts
Going to the gym for regular workouts entail choosing the right sort of clothes. Whether you are a new joiner or a veteran in working out, buying the right gym shorts can be a challenge.

For all those old t-
You may have a shirt with holes in the seams and bleach spots, or what-not.
It\'s just an idea of what you can do with a little bleach and clothes.
So be careful and have fun: it\'s really fun and easy.
It doesn\'t cost me anything at all, and it doesn\'t take much effort.
However, safety and patience are a must!
You need the following for this project :-An old t-shirt.
It is better to have no normal template.
I have a shirt and I hate the one I plan to use, but I can\'t find it on D: So I have to deal with this shirt.
It\'s a little too small for me and there are a few small holes in the seam of the arm.
Also, it faded in the back. -Rubber bands (optional)
This is for the tie-
Effect, no need if you don\'t want stripes
Gloves for rubber gloves.
I have just used a disposable thin rubber glove, but it is recommended to use a thicker, more durable glove for safety purposes (
Although I have no side effects. )-
BleachI uses very basic everything-purpose bleach.
It has a scent of lemon.
Just a barrel.
It should be possible to install a few liters.
You have your shirt, too.
Like I said, my shirt is really old and faded and not good yet, so I feel the need to get it off.
Also, cut off the sleeves before the seams and collar.
Since this shirt is also a bit short for me, I continued to pick the hem down.
I want a striped tie.
Dye the effect from top down so I roll up the top and tie the rubber band as shown in the figure.
Of course, this step is completely optional, but it is it that makes it fun!
Please keep in mind that since we are using bleach, there will be colors where the rubber bands are located.
* Note about tie-dye * what really annoys me is that several people used the word \"tie-dye\" in error.
Tie Dye does not have to be rainbow-colored or whirlpool-shaped.

However, for me, I want to create an ombre in addition to the tie bleach (
Gradient of color).
To prevent the lower half of my top from being bleached, I nailed it to the lips of the barrel.
: Overall, it takes about 3 hours for bleach to take effect.
Next time, I will use less water and more bleach in order to get a bigger effect.
The last step is to wash whatever you bleach.
Remove from bleach and wash thoroughly in cold water.
After removing the rubber band, I washed it three times.
It is important to clean it to remove as much bleach as possible to stop the bleaching process.
Leaving bleach will spoil your clothes.
I \'ve heard people say you can use a commercial bleach plug or hydrogen peroxide.
I don\'t have a commercial bleach stopper or hydrogen peroxide, so I hope my gym clothes for women don\'t break up completely!
* Fingers crossed * soak your project in some of these if you have these 15-20mins.
Then wash again.
After washing/washing, let your clothes drop dry and try it on!
