Two Vancouver men have been convicted of human trafficking and pimping.
Crimes related to the exploitation of two young women and one young girl.
26-year-old Tamim Albashir and 25-year-old Kasra Mohsenipour were convicted of 17 of 19 charges against victims in Vancouver, noble forest and Edmonton
These crimes occurred between May 2013 and April 2016.
The accused was also convicted of conspiracy to influence, pressure or bribe one of the victims in an attempt to block justice in an attempt to get her to withdraw her statement to the police.

Supreme Court judge David Masuhara concluded that the accused acted to lure the victim into prostitution.
